Summary of Services
A Trauma-Informed Path to Resilience and Clarity
Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process.
At Transformative Therapy, we provide a continuum of care that addresses the deep clinical roots of trauma, the practical realities of personal & professional burnout, and the systemic needs of leadership. Whether you are seeking to settle your nervous system or strategically manage your energy, we have a space for you.
EMDR & Trauma Recovery
Processing past experiences to find present-day peace.
Best For: Those feeling stuck in “survival-mode,” fawning, or hyper-vigilance.
Description: Move beyond traditional talk-therapy. We’ll use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you safely reprocess the memories and triggers that keep your nervous system on high alert.
As an integrative trauma specialist, I will also draw from a blend of somatic exercises, IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed parts work, and mindfulness techniques and tailor them to what works best for your individual system and circumstance. It is a highly individualized process.
Burnout & Neuro-Informed Support
Settling scattered minds and sustaining high-achieving brains.
Best For: Chronic overwhelm, personal and professional exhaustion, and navigating neurodivergent (particularly ADHD) traits.
Description: Together, we’ll tackle the intersection of executive functioning issues and emotional exhaustion. By gaining a clear understanding of how your unique mind/brain processes stress, we’ll create systems to manage overwhelm, gain greater emotion regulation, and reclaim your vitality.
Mental Health Consulting
Systemic Wellness for Leaders, Organizations & Clinical Supervision
Best For: Founders, high impact leaders, teams, and psychotherapists in NY & NJ.
Description: Launching in Spring, 2026. Bringing clinical mental health expertise to the professional sphere. We offer strategic consulting to help leaders build resilient cultures and sustainable high-performance systems.
We also provide supervision for therapists from a specialized, trauma-informed lens. Clinical supervision to help develop your case conceptualization skills, process counter-transference, and learn new techniques along the way.
